Monitoring at Willow Park Ecology Centre

On Wednesday and Thursday July 30th and 31st, ACER trained the Ministry of Natural Resources Stewardship Rangers  to take measurements of the trees at Willow Park Ecology Centre in Georgetown. The students measured trees in the 10 quadrats that are located at the park.

Get Outside Ontario

ACER went to Get Outside Ontario at Rouge Park in Toronto to help train youth leaders how to measure trees and develop leadership skills. The youth measured 20 mature trees and recorded the data as part of an inventory of the trees at Glen Forest Campgrounds.
