On October 27, 2006 at Fletcher’s Meadow S.S. schools and environmental organizations and companies from around the Region of Peel were brought together at PEYA’s EcoBuzz Conference. Students and teachers took part in workshops that allowed them to learn more about initiatives going on in and around their community, while participating in an interactive manner. ACER was there to build relationships with students and teachers as well as displaying an overview of what our programs can provide for schools and communities. The event was a success and ACER is proud to have played a role in the Peel Environmental Youth Association’s EcoBuzz Conference.
