OUR MISSION: ACER supports communities, government agencies and corporations in taking action to reduce biodiversity loss and strengthen climate resilience by increasing and monitoring urban and riparian zone forest canopy.

Riparian Rangers Raisin (RRCA)

In fall 2018, through Riparian Rangers, the Raisin Region Conservation Authority (RRCA) and ACER worked with student and adult volunteers, and professional tree planters to plant 5,620 trees and shrubs, then tag, map, and measure 99 plants. This project was funded by the Great Lakes Guardian Community Fund (GLGCF), and accomplished in cooperation with Raisin Region Conservation Authority (RRCA).
