OUR MISSION: ACER supports communities, government agencies and corporations in taking action to reduce biodiversity loss and strengthen climate resilience by increasing and monitoring urban and riparian zone forest canopy.

Riparian Rangers rare

In fall and spring 2016, through Riparian Rangers , rare and ACER worked with student and adult volunteers to plant 1060 trees and shrubs, then tag, map, and measure 106 plants. This project was funded by the Great Lakes Guardian Community Fund (GLGCF), and accomplished in cooperation with rare Charitable Research Reserve.
