Bob Baker

Bob has served as forester for the Credit Valley Conservation for 30 years from 1970 to 2000 being in charge of all forestry programs and has planted over 5 million trees.
Sine Sept 2000, Bob has operated Baker Forestry services located just south of Erin, ON – growing and providing native trees and shrubs.
Baker Forestry services is a family run business with his wife,  Joanne and 2 sons – Dan and Adam.
Bob , with his family also provides consulting and property management services in restoration planting, custom sawmilling, trail layout and development and tree removals.
In 2002, he received the Queens Golden Jubilee medal for forestry stewardship services in Canada.
He also has a 90 acre forest named in his name, located just north of Terra Cotta, on Winston Churchill Blvd.
Bob continues to have a passion for trees and the landscape, providing services to landowners and agencies alike.
